Unfolding

Standing on my deck, I take in all the ways in which spring gradually progresses. The exuberant forsythia blossoms are fading as the apple blossoms begin their display. Lilacs are just budding. Hints of lilies and peonies appear. All of this potential is already contained within each plant. There’s nothing missing. After a winter hidden from view, they will display their innate beauty. Spring is one of nature’s great transitions.

Change is sometimes abrupt, sometimes gradual; by your choice or someone else’s; or perhaps, born from an inner yearning for more. Transitions themselves unfold in time. They come from the root of our being - the part that knows we already have what we need to bloom.

All transitions are born from the uncertainty of what lies ahead. The familiar past is gone, what we have now is hope that our future will come into focus. Periods of uncertainty are the most fertile time to explore who we really are. The time is ripe to ask the real questions:

  • What is meaningful to me?

  • What makes me feel vibrant and alive?

  • What gifts do I possess that I am meant to share?

  • What do I want this next phase of my life to look like?

  • Who am I in full bloom?

Following the path of transition is not easy. As your Life Transitions Coach, I will be beside you every step of the way. I will validate your exploration, help you find clarity, release the internal blocks that stand in your way, guide you toward your unique gifts, and hasten the manifestation of the life you want to lead. Importantly, I’ll remind you that all that you need is already inside you.
