There are probably thousands of Life Transitions Coaches. So how am I different from the rest? Why would you want to work with me?
The simple answer is that I am more than an intuitive coach, more than an intuitive astrologer, and more than an energy healer. These three methods of personal and spiritual growth are wholly integrated into one practice.
My practice is not just for women who are managing change in their lives, it is for women transitioning to the life they have dreamed of living. You may have forgotten your dream along the way, but this work is about remembering and manifesting.
How does that happen? By examining your life and discovering where it aligns with your values, your dreams, your desires, your sense of purpose, and who you want to be in this world.
My goal is to guide you in finding your own answers through understanding the “blueprint” of your life, peeling away layers of limiting beliefs and blocked energy, and discovering the spark of light that has always been within you.
Working together, you’ll come to believe that you deserve to live bigger and want more. It’s exciting work. You may feel a bit of trepidation, we all do when we embark on a journey of growth. My Integrated Approach to Life Transitions Coaching
I offer a comprehensive approach for personal and spiritual growth by integrating Collaborative Astrology, Energy Shifting, and Intuitive Coaching. Each of these practices work together, helping you gain deeper insight into your personal journey, healing energetic imbalances, and aligning you with your higher self. These personal and spiritual growth methods blend together powerfully for a holistic path of embracing the transformative power of transition.
Collaborative Astrology
I developed Collaborative Astrology as a partnership that integrates my intuitive interpretations of your chart and your lived experience. It is a method that reveals your inner wisdom and amplifies the benefit astrology can provide to you. Your birth chart serves as a spiritual blueprint, revealing the energetic patterns and themes present in your life. By tapping into this energetic road map for self-discovery, you can uncover hidden potentials, life lessons, and challenges written in the stars, but also intuitively feel into how those energies manifest personally.
Energy Shifting
Energy shifting addresses the body’s energetic fields to release blockages, promote emotional and spiritual healing, and raise your vibration. Integrating energy healing with astrology allows you to clear any energetic barriers preventing you from fully embodying your astrological potential. In addition, it creates a pathway to manifesting the life you desire.
Intuitive Life Coaching
Intuitive life coaching combines traditional coaching techniques with intuitive guidance, spirituality, and your inner wisdom to support personal growth, self-awareness, and transformation. It goes beyond setting and achieving goals by helping you to align with your authentic self, purpose, and inner knowing. When paired with intuitive Collaborative Astrology and energy healing, intuitive life coaching helps you tap into higher wisdom to navigate your soul’s journey.
In addition, I offer a variety of different Women’s Gatherings. I conduct rituals for individuals and for significant astrological events such as Solstices, Equinoxes, the Full Moon, and the New Moon. Other Women’s Gatherings include on-going as well as time-limited circles and workshops. Being in community with other women expands the capacity for growth and healing.
All offerings are virtual.
